Production Schedule Dashboard

The Production Schedule Dashboard feature allows you to manage Repair Plans and Phases of vehicles on a daily basis using the weekly Schedule view or shop Floor Plan view. Both views allow you to adjust each Repair Plan or Phase to reflect the actual repair status of each vehicle on a day by day basis. To access this dashboard, you must first have at least one Production Schedule Dashboard security permission enabled via Configure > Security Roles from the menu bar.

The Floor Plan screen is a shop layout view allows you to manage Repair Plans and Phases graphically. Drag and drop the workfile to a floor plan location as the vehicle moves through your shop. Use this screen to open the workfile, and to access actions that are associated with the workfile's mini-toolbar.

Use the Floor Plan Editor screen to build a graphic representation of your shop layout by placing objects onto the grid. Objects can be labeled to identify places, departments, and technicians in and around your shop. Objects include Building, Street, Grass, Tree, Parking Space, Vehicle Bay, and Label.

The Production Schedule color scheme graphically represents the status of each Repair Plan and Phase. A red Repair Plan or Phase indicates that the Phase has not been started in relation to the scheduled completion date. Yellow denotes a plan or phase with a scheduled start date and time, and Green denotes a completed Repair Plan or Phase.

The Production Schedule search results screen displays a visual indicator in the Info column to identify repair orders with rentals. Hover over the info icons with a gold asterisk to view the rental company name included in the repair order summary pop-up.

You can filter Production Schedule search results to show only repair orders where rental is in use. Select the With Rental option in the filter droplist displayed in the top left of the Production Schedule Dashboard.

You also can print or view Production Schedule results grouped by rental status. Select the By Rental Status in the Production Schedule Print and Print Preview menus.
